I strive to capture the beauty in ordinary everyday objects. One of the very first artists that made an impression on me as a child was Georiga O'Keeffe. I loved her larger than life scale and her choice of subjects. I look for the unusual shadow, the distorted reflection or sunlight glowing through a flower petal.
