Ticket Terms & Conditions


Event tickets are valid only for the specific event issued.


Admission may be declined at management discretion with refund of ticket price.


Holder assumes all risks and dangers; the facility, promoter, participants and sponsors are not liable for any injuries, damages or expenses. Transmitting any event description or picture is prohibited.


Reselling above price printed on ticket prohibited and grounds for seizure/cancellation without compensation.


Tickets from unauthorized sources may be fraudulent and are void if so. Service and convenience fees are nonrefundable under any circumstances.


All tickets are non-transferable. Reproducing or attempting reproduction of ticket is against the law. Price includes all applicable taxes. Event date, time, talent, and location subject to change without notice.





For your safety and protection, the La Quinta Art Celebration provides professional, onsite security. Both private security guards from O’Linn Security and Riverside Sheriff Department Officers will be onsite throughout the event 24/7.

Event Rules & Regulations

For the safety and enjoyment of all Event attendees, please observe the following rules. 


  • The La Quinta Art Celebration reserves the right to decline admittance to anyone who violates the policies established for public safety.

  • Pets are not allowed on the event grounds. Service Dogs only.

  • No photos or video of artwork without artist permission.

  • Each ticket is valid for admittance to one day of the event. Separate tickets must be purchased to attend multiple days. 

  • Children Under 12 are admitted for Free. They must be accompanied by an adult. 

  • Smoking or Vaping is not permitted inside of the event grounds.

  • Bicycles cannot be ridden or walked within the event site.

  • Skateboarding and rollerblading on the event grounds is prohibited.

  • Alcoholic beverages are sold within the event grounds. A valid Driver's License is required to purchase beverages. Beverages include champagne, wine, margaritas, as well as cocktails at the lounges. Regulations require that alcoholic beverages purchased at the event remain onsite. Art event security will request disposal of beverages prior to exiting the grounds.

  • Cash will not be accepted for Food and Beverage. Credit card only. 

  • No event tickets will be sold after 4:30 pm each day.
