I have a deep love for vintage neon signs. Their charm, humor, and bold designs—crafted to capture our attention-- fascinates me. During my extensive travels across the United States, I’ve made it a mission to photograph these fading beauties before they disappear forever.

Photoshop plays a vital role in my creative process. I digitally remove the background to focus solely on the sign, enhancing its colors and restoring the glow of the neon. While I aim to revive each sign's original vibrancy, I intentionally preserve elements of rust and wear—honoring the history they've endured.

My final pieces often take the form of collage-like compositions, usually centered around a theme—like Coffee and Donuts—or a specific location, such as Palm Springs Vibe. These works are a celebration of Americana, nostalgia, and the adventures of a good road trip.

I hope you enjoy the journey through my work as much as I’ve enjoyed creating it.

My newest piece, titled Palm Springs Vibe and created especially for the La Quinta Art Show, combines local vintage neon signs in a colorful composition that celebrates the mid-century charms of the desert oasis locale.
