Introducing Cindy Olmes and Diego Fidelis as Featured Artists this Spring 2026, two of the 185 jury-selected, world-class artists from across the nation and globe exhibiting their original artworks.

Cindy Olmes

Booth Number: 111

Category: 2D Mixed Media and Digital

Cindy continually explores new painting styles and subject matter, but always gravitates to the female figure. Her latest imagery is the combination of decorative art paper and acrylic paint. These materials are layered and other techniques are used to create pattern and texture. In combining these materials Cindy explores the multiple layers in each individual. If you look closely you will see many of the same papers used throughout her work. While the end result varies from piece to piece, it is interesting to note that as art mimics life, we may differ in appearance on the outside, but at our core, we are all made of the same stuff! We are all created layer by layer throughout our lives. We are the evolution of our ideas and experiences. We are one and also many pieces of each other.

Diego Fidelis

Booth Number: 102

Category: 2D Mixed Media and Digital

Artist Diego Fidelis lives in Washington State, in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where nature is so inspiring. Born in Brazil, art and music have always stirred in his blood since he can remember. As a child, he drew on a big bright blue formica table that his family had in the kitchen. He filled this table with his drawings every day. The table was cleaned by his mom every night, ensuring he would always have a blank canvas for the next day to let his creativity flow in the child’s universe: imagination and freedom. This must be the reason his favorite color is blue after looking at this table for many years! As a self-taught musician he remembers that even as a young kid he appreciated and paid attention to the sounds, rhythms and melodies in a song. As a teen he played his first instrument: drums. After that he expanded into one of the most complex and rich sounds: the piano, learning to play by ear. His sensitivity to music has a big influence in his unique way to play with the lines where they dance with freedom and infinity creating sounds and rhythms through the paint brushes. With a striking geometric style and bold colors, he finds inspiration in the shapes he sees in nature, animals, and architecture. It is captivating, as it takes your eyes on a fun journey finding some hidden figures and objects in his acrylic paintings.
