Art collectors and enthusiasts will have plenty to discover at La Quinta Art Celebration ENCORE 2026, November 12-15 at La Quinta Civic Center. The four-day event will showcase original work from 154 nationally and internationally acclaimed artists, including 43 first-time participants, alongside live music at two locations, fine food and an array of premium beverage venues.

The La Quinta Art Celebration has been ranked the nation’s #1 Fine Art & Fine Craft Event by Greg Lawler’s Art Fair SourceBook and recognized as a Top 10 Fine Art & Design Show by Sunshine Artist Magazine.

Among this fall’s featured artists at the Celebration ENCORE 2026 are:

Rebecca Molayem

Painting, Booth 333

Rebecca Molayem, the artist behind the event’s poster, is a Los Angeles expressionist painter and sculptor known for bold color, energetic brushwork, and exuberant figures. Her paintings range from coastal scenes and nightlife to florals and inviting interiors, while her sculpture explores many of the same ideas through form and gesture.

David Palmer

Painting, Booth 501

David Palmer, whose artwork appears on the event’s t-shirt, brings a Pop Art vocabulary and classical sensibility to paintings whose layered surfaces recall weathered frescoes and peeling billboards. His work has appeared in galleries and museums across the U.S. and Europe and is held in numerous public and private collections. The Los Angeles artist has also created digital effects for more than a dozen feature films, including The Polar Express, Spider-Man 3 and the first Harry Potter movie.

Doug Anderson

Ceramics, Booth 102

Doug Anderson of Rancho Mirage offers a timely connection between art and another major Coachella Valley attraction taking place the same week: the WTA Women’s Tennis Finals at nearby Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The ceramic artist created a one-of-a-kind “Tennis” chess set commissioned by tennis enthusiasts Anne and Steve Furgal. Legendary male and female players become kings, queens, bishops and knights, with ball boys, ball girls, linesmen, referees, and scoreboards completing the playful tribute to the sport.

“La Quinta has long embraced the arts as part of our community’s character,” said Mayor Linda Evans. “This fall’s Celebration gives residents and visitors the chance to meet exceptional artists, and enjoy our city’s hospitality at its best.”

For SCOPE Events CEO Paul Anderson, the large number of new artists adds another dimension for collectors. “Collectors return because they know the work is carefully juried, yet they also want the excitement of discovering someone new,” he said. “With 43 first-time artists joining many established favorites, ENCORE offers both.”
